With a young family and in search of a more fulfilling life, she moved from London to the Kent countryside developing her interest in plants, flowers, herbs, fruit, and foraging for wild food. While in Kent she also wrote extensively about travel.<\/p>\n<p>Now residing in Northumberland, very close to the Scottish border, Jane delights in exploring the British landscape and in learning more about plants and wildlife.
